After Dark

A close-up portrait of a woman with tan skin, wearing a light-colored headscarf and long, almond-shaped nails painted lavender. She is touching her face with her hands, which are decorated with matching lavender nail polish. Her makeup emphasizes her eyebrows, eyes, and lips, creating an elegant and glamorous look.

How to Apply:

  • Nail Preparation: Start by washing your hands to eliminate oils or dirt. Trim nails if necessary and use a nail buffer to create an optimal surface. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use our Basecoat before applying a layer of color and/or topcoat.

  • Apply Thin Coats: Consistently apply thin, even layers of gel polish. Thick applications pose challenges in thorough curing, often resulting in under-curing, which can lead to lifting or peeling of the gel.

  • Sequential Curing: Cure each layer individually—base coat, color coats, and top coat. Avoid hurrying the process; adhere to the recommended curing times.

  • Verify Curing: Post-curing, the gel polish should be completely dry, firm, and glossy. If it feels tacky or sticky, it hasn't fully cured. In such instances, recure the nails for an additional 10-30 seconds, depending on the gel polish's specifics.
